This is an amazing article about a teenager who has had an innovative socket bolted to his head to take his chemo treatment to blast his brain tumour. Far more targeted treatment but at the moment this is not available on the NHS as no funding available.
It's called Convection-enhanced delivery (CEH) - Cost £36,000 paid for with donations.
